I just had an accident and I need a car while my vehicle is being repaired. What do I do?
If you have rental reimbursement coverage through your insurance provider, your policy may cover rental costs while your vehicle is in the shop. Reach out to your agent or the insurance claims department for details.
Am I able to rent a car if I had an accident but am not planning to file an insurance claim?
Yes. We are able to offer you our lower insurance rates if you have documentation that you had an accident, are insured, and are not filing a claim. You would be able to take advantage of these lower rates. Normal rental qualifications will apply. Get more information about renting a car after an accident.
Will I need a deposit?
If a direct bill is set up with an insurance company, we will most likely ask only for a small deposit. Check with the Enterprise location you are renting from for details. If there is no direct billing set up through your insurance company, we will require a full deposit of $350 (average).
Can I rent a car if I am under the age of 25?
Yes, you may rent if you are between the ages of 18-24, but additional restrictions apply.

Can I rent a different vehicle class than I reserved?
Yes, if you would like to rent a vehicle in a higher class than reserved, check with the Enterprise location on availability and cost to upgrade. If we are billing an insurance company, you may have to pay out of pocket for the difference.
