IF ACCEPTED, SLP PROVIDES THE RENTER AND AUTHORIZED DRIVERS WITH UP TO $1,000,000 COMBINED SINGLE LIMIT FOR THIRD PARTY LIABILITY CLAIMS. IF THE RENTER ACCEPTS SLP, ENTERPRISE PROVIDES THIRD PARTY LIABILITY PROTECTION UP TO THE APPLICABLE MINIMUM FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LIMIT AND EMPIRE FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY PROVIDES EXCESS THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE FROM THE APPLICABLE MINIMUM FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LIMIT TO $1,000,000. Enterprise offers roadside assistance protection at select locations. Rap allows Enterprise customers to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lost keys, lockouts, and fuel outages. Rap can be added for 3.99 US or Canadian dollars per day. Road side assistance protection offers these services--flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement. Note- in NY, CA, NV, and KS the cost of the key will not be covered, only the service to deliver the key or perform the lockout service. Roadside assistance protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, you or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set forth therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI) FOR THIS BRANCH RANGES BETWEEN $3.00 AND $7.00 PER DAY. - PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI) IS OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE. IF ACCEPTED, PAI PROVIDES THE RENTER AND PASSENGERS WITH ACCIDENT MEDICAL EXPENSE, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND AMBULANCE EXPENSE BENEFITS. BENEFITS ARE PAYABLE IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER INSURANCE COVERAGE THE RENTER OR PASSENGERS MAY HAVE. THIS IS A SUMMARY ONLY. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. RENTERS 21 THROUGH 24 YEARS OF AGE MAY ONLY RENT ECONOMY THROUGH FULLSIZE CARS. A YOUNG RENTER FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RENTERS UNDER 25.

Optional Damage Waiver -DW- for this branch ranges between 10.99 and 26.99 USD per day, depending on the vehicle rented. DW is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If the renter accepts DW, Enterprise waives or reduces the renters responsibility for loss of, or damage to, the rental vehicle, including but not limited to towing, storage, impound and administrative fees subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and applicable laws. DW is not insurance. The purchase of DW is optional and not required to rent a car. The protection provided by DW may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine his or her credit card protections, automobile insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the protection provided by DW.

If renting a vehicle larger than full size excluding minivans, renter must have a major credit card. If renting a full size vehicle or below, including minivans with a debit card or money order, renter must provide two forms of verifiable contact information, proof of income and proof of local residency. Acceptable documents include a current utility or phone bill with no past due balance and a current paystub or other proof of income source in the renters name. Renter will be asked to complete a qualification form upon arrival. The determination to rent will be made at the rental location upon review of the documents provided. We do not accept pre-paid debit cards. A deposit of 100 USD plus the estimated cost of the rental including the daily rate, applicable taxes, additional ancillaries, etc., must be presented at the time of rental. At the end of the rental, travelers checks, money orders, debit cards and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

All drivers must have a valid United States drivers license, or International drivers permit. All international drivers must also have their own country specific drivers license. Note, in Phoenix, Nevada and Southern California area airports and rental locations, renters with drivers licenses issued outside of the United States or its territories must produce a valid passport. US territories include American Samoa, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Federated States of Micronesia and the Midway Islands. Renters must have a major credit card in their name at the time of rental and meet the rental locations minimum age requirements. Exceptions may apply by location. Customers who reside in the United States, U.S. Territories, or Canada Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories, or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued Driver’s license which includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Members of the United States Armed Forces who are on active duty may present an expired home state license under the following conditions: They also present an Active Military ID, and They are in compliance with their military extension policy of the state which issued the license. These policies vary by state and customers are encouraged to check with the appropriate department of motor vehicles for more information. Customers travelling to the U.S. and Canada from other countries It is important that customers check with the appropriate Department of Motor Vehicles in the States or Provinces in which they intend to travel to ensure compliance with their various licensing laws. The following practices are used to ensure the customer is presenting a facially valid license at the time of rental. Customers traveling to the United States and Canada from another country must present the following: Their home country driver’s license, and If the home country license is in a language other than English (or French, for rentals in Canada) and the letters are English (i.e. German, Spanish, etc.) an International Driver’s Permit is recommended, but not required, for translation purposes in addition to the home country license. If the home country license is in a language other than English and the letters are not English (i.e.alphabet is not an extended Latin-based alphabet like German or Spanish but is Russian, Japanese, Arabic, etc.) an International Driver’s Permit is required. If an International Driver’s permit cannot be obtained in the home country, another professional, type-written translation may be substituted. In either case the home country license must also be presented. Customers may not rent a vehicle solely with the International Driver’s Permit. The International Driver’s Permit is a translation of the individual’s home country license and is not considered a license nor is it considered valid identification. In some locations, including but not limited to offices in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas, customers may be asked to provide additional valid government-issued documentation. Other requirements Photocopies of Driver’s Licenses are not accepted “Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Temporary Driver’s Licenses may be refused if the renting location is unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional Government-issued identification may be required.

Rentals originating in the United States: Most vehicles rented in the US can be driven throughout US and Canada. Some vehicle classes like Exotics, Large Passenger or Cargo Vans, and other specialty vehicles may not be allowed to travel outside of the US. Please reach to the renting location directly for details on cross-border restrictions. Most locations do not allow travel into Mexico. If you wish to travel into Mexico, you will be required to purchase additional insurance to cover the vehicle while in Mexico. Please contact the branch directly to determine limitations and availability.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1- Prepay Fuel This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Option 2 - We Refill This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. Option 3- You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as received to avoid extra fuel charges.

This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

Personal Effects Coverage (PEC) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, the PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers or any member of the renter's immediate family who permanently resides in the renter's household and who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PEC policy underwritten by Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the United States. The purchase of PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PEC may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. National Car Rental is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage; therefore, the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PEC.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount: $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. $1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK.

  • A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.

Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
