Saint Christophe is a commune located at the center of Northern Italy's Valle d'Aosta. Nestled within the European Alps, this region is famed for its breathtaking scenery, historical monuments and ski slopes. Only a short drive east of Saint Christophe lies the Passerin d'Entrèves castle, which dates back to Roman times. Not far from Saint Christophe sits the popular ski resort of Pila. The resort caters for skiers of all levels, from beginners to experienced, and is a popular ski destination for families. The resort also features plenty of bars, restaurants and stores, as well as an ice rink, plus superb views of the surrounding region, including Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn. Other ski resorts in the region include Valtournanche and Champoluc, which also offer opportunities for hiking and scenic drives through the mountains.
