Weather & Travel Advisory
Last Updates: XX/XX/XXX
The impact of recent hurricanes throughout Southeast Texas, the State of Florida, parts of Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean continues to evolve, and we are continuing to work with the local community and our government and business partners to determine the most immediate transportation needs.
PUERTO RICO: San Juan and Aguadilla airport offices are closed, with an anticipated opening date of Saturday, Sept. 23.
FLORIDA: Currently, in Florida and in neighboring impacted states, all airport car rental locations are open with the exception of our Key West and Naples offices.
We are still assessing the damage to many of our neighborhood Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations, as some sustained wind damage. However, we’ve opened many of our locations virtually using our Enterprise LaunchPad® mobile tablets.
TEXAS: Most of our branches in the greater Houston area are open for business as well, and we have brought in thousands of additional vehicles from our network of locations throughout the U.S to help meet demand. As the situation continues to change, we are working diligently to restore impacted operations, and to move vehicles where they are needed most.
We continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates accordingly.
